Welcome to grade 4!
Hello and welcome to my classroom webpage. I use this tool as a way to communicate with parents and help students with their learning. I will update the site regularly with classroom news, photos of what we are working on, upcoming events and important announcements. My hope is that parents can use the webpage to gain a deeper understanding of the learning that is taking place in our classroom and to help assist their child in staying organized with their school work. Students are still expected to write their homework and assignments in their Student Agenda, which will continue to be an important means of communication between school and home. Take a peek and enjoy being an important part of your child's learning!

Mme Tiemessen
My name is Lisa Tiemessen. I grew up here in London and attended French Immersion for both elementary and high school. I graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a double major in French and English, then attended Teacher's College at Nippissing. I am currently in my fourteenth year of teaching. I love what I do and knew I wanted to be a teacher ever since I started teaching swimming lessons as a lifeguard back in high school. My two young children, Claire (5) and William (3) keep me very busy! When I'm not teaching, you can find me practicing yoga, going for walks with my family, reading or gardening.
